General Information
Telephone Bookings:
You will need a valid Samba or credit card. The card, together with the reference number received from the operator after making a booking, must be shown when collecting your theatre tickets.
Latecomers cannot be admitted after the start of performances and may be seated at the discretion of the House Manager, at an appropriate interval in the performance. TV monitors are available as an alternative.
Smoking and alcohol policy
The PACOFS Theatre Center is a smoke-free building. No food or beverages are allowed into auditoriums or theatres during productions, except the OFM Downstage Theatre, Lesedi FM Jazz and the Observatory Theatre.
Aiding the disabled
The PACOFS Theatres are equipped to accommodate wheelchairs. Please mention it when buying a ticket. We want to help you to get the best seat possible, as not all seats are suitable. Once in the theatre, the ushers will show you the way.
Cell Phones /Cameras
The use of cell phones, recording devices and / or cameras is strictly prohibited
Parking
Safe basement parking is available during shows at the
- Sand du Plessis,
- OFM Downstage,
- Lesedi FM Jazz Joint,
- Andrè Huguenet and
- Workshop Theatres.
Basement parking tickets must be bought together with your theatre tickets.
